Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Strategy Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Create strategic plans for customers to maximize business impact
with Cresta products
Lead Business Value Assessments to quantify potential ROI impact
for customers
Ensure alignment of value and delivery plans to achieve the
customer's vision
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a strategic customer-facing role in a SaaS or
technology-driven environment
Deep understanding of business value creation, change management,
and consulting methodologies
Experience in large scale enterprise software implementations and
complex use cases
Experience designing and interpreting Statements of Work for
Enterprise customers
Ability to build strong external relationships and take a
consultative approach to solving customer problems
