Remote (Must Reside and Be Barred in Same State) A nationally
recognized law firm has partnered with LHH and is seeking an
experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to support advisory and
counseling matters for its clients. Key Responsibilities • Provide
legal research and prepare written guidance on labor and employment
issues • Draft and revise employment-related documents, including
policies, agreements, and workplace guidance materials • Support
client inquiries and help prepare tailored responses to emerging
employment issues • Work independently with minimal oversight while
meeting project deadlines • Communicate directly with clients as
needed • Manage advisory work with strong judgment, organization,
and analytical skills Required Qualifications • Minimum 7 years of
labor and employment experience with a focus on advice and
counseling • Active bar license • Washington State bar admission
required at minimum; dual WA/CA is highly preferred • Ability to
handle substantive work independently • Strong writing ability and
experience preparing detailed advisory memoranda • Must provide a
writing sample demonstrating analytical skills • Must not engage in
any other concurrent legal employment or consulting Work Schedule &
Structure • Estimated 20-25 hours per week • If candidate has both
CA and WA experience, workload may increase to 35-40 hours per week
• Fully remote role • Six-month engagement with possibility of
extension or conversion depending on business needs Ideal Fit •
Experienced attorney comfortable handling nuanced employment law
questions • Capable of working autonomously and producing
client-ready work • Able to balance multiple advisory matters
without extensive supervision Job Details Pay Range: $65-$90/hr
(W2) Hours: 20-25 hours/week; up to 35-40 hours/week for candidates
with WA CA expertise Assignment Length: Approximately 6 months with
possibility of extension or conversion Employment Type: Contract
(No concurrent legal work permitted) *Benefit offerings include
