Finance Manager - hybrid work scheduleRenton, WAA leading information and technology-enabled health services business dedicated to making the health system work better for everyone, recruiting for an experienced Finance Manager who will report to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A). This role focuses on financial reporting cycles and analytics of our reimbursement and COGS, data management and reporting, and working closely with senior leaders across finance and the company.Responsibilities

• Provides a monthly forecast of reimbursement and pricing to Finance leadership detailing drivers of month-over-month changes to rate
• Research and lead the presentation of gross margin by line of business for month-over-month changes and variances to budget to senior leadership
• Research and prepare the Top Drug report distributed to the CEO and other senior leaders
• Work with business leaders to gain insights and understanding of key drivers of revenue and acquisition costs that drive business profitability
• Designs, creates, and maintains financial report visualizations in Tableau for finance and business leadership
• Designs, creates, and maintains monthly rhythm of business financial analytical reports for FP&A analysts and mangers
• Develop sophisticated financial business models that convey thoughtful and robust design, clear and decisive unit economics and meaningful insights to inform decision makers
• Support the Payer cost center leadership with financial planning, reviews, and analysis on a monthly cycle and during the annual budgeting process
• Works directly with business leaders to guide and inform decision making by combining a deep understanding of the business with create and insightful analytics
• Strong command of financial statements, a working knowledge of accounting and excellent attention to details and accuracy
• Ability and query and analyze large data sets to inform business knowledge. Uses technology to gain efficiencies through automation
• Develop deep knowledge of the Anaplan planning tool and partner with budget owners to ensure planning input is timely and accurate
• Supports the budgeting and forecasting process by partnering with business leaders to review metrics and assumptions regarding reimbursement and pricing to ensure the financial projections are accurate and consistent with company goals and objectives
• Ad-hoc financial and operational analysis as needed for the CFO and other leaders
• Display a bias for action and utilize excellent communication with colleagues at all levels
• Emulate company values on a day to day basis while interacting with colleagues
• Collaborate with IT and Anaplan subject matter experts to continuously improve data workflows and efficiency of analysis
• Partner with business owners to forecast, measure and track margin improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related business concentration
  • 7+ years of work experience in an analytics role with financial reporting and/or business analysis
  • Advanced level knowledge of Excel and the Microsoft Suite
  • Advanced level knowledge of data visualization/modeling applications (Tableau or PowerBI preferred)
  • Advanced level knowledge of SQLPreferred Qualifications
    • Master's degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or MBA
    • Experience with software-as-a-service (SaaS) planning tools (Anaplan highly desirable)
    • Experience with database management and best practices
    • Strong team player with verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives
