  Role and Responsibilities:
  • Manage a small but growing accounting staff overseeing accounting, payroll, and AR collections for the entire company
  • As company growth dictates develop a team of accounting specialists to perform daily tasks as you grow into a management-based role
  • Manage Cash flow projections in conjunction with VP and Company President
  • Work together with 3rd party accounting firm on month-end closing and resolving account reconciliation issues
  • Manage and update billing reconciliation/contracts spreadsheets
  • Process weekly and monthly AR invoicing along with Billing Specialist
  • Research and resolve billing issues
  • Process payroll bi-weekly for hourly employees and bi-monthly for salary employees
  • Research and resolve payroll issues
  • Manage the collections specialist to ensure timely payment, client accounts are reconciled and problem accounts are elevated to senior management as soon as a problem is recognized.
  • Work to continuously simplify, streamline and improve accounting functions
  • Implement Accounting Department SOPs
  • Guide CGS through the selection and implantation of new systems as growth dictates Requirements:
    • 4-year degree in Accounting or Finance
    • At least 3 years of accounting experience
    • Knowledge of QuickBooks, Bill.com, and vendor set-ups
    • Fully Vaccinated for COVID-19 (preferred, but not required)
    • The position is based in the Renton National Support Office in person work is required. Pay and Benefits:

        Experience:
        • Accounting: 3 years (Required)
        • Payroll management: 1 year (Preferred)
        • QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification:
          • Driver's License (Preferred)
          • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or related field (preferred but not required)
