Job Description:
DescriptionWe are looking for a talented, seasoned compensation
professional to join Oracle's Global Compensation Consulting Team.
As a principal compensation consultant, you will provide strategic
compensation consultation and program support in all areas of
compensation for our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) line of
business. You will collaborate with stakeholders including HRBPs,
talent advisors, business leaders and our core compensation
organization (COE) to deliver compensation solutions to help
attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will have
significant compensation consulting experience supporting high
growth technology organizations, deep data and modeling skills with
expertise in equity compensation and be comfortable in a fast-paced
environment where priorities can shift quickly to meet the needs of
the business.Key responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic compensation consulting support to help OCI
attract and retain key talent.
- Partner with HRBPs to prepare and execute annual compensation
programs.
- Create analytics that provide deep insights to assist with
distributing program budgets and advise on recommendations for
merit, bonus, and equity compensation.
- Engage with the Talent Advisory organization to ensure the
offer process effectively recruits needed talent including critical
and senior level roles.
- Partner with other areas of compensation to provide
business-relevant feedback and critical insights and participate in
cross-functional projects.
- Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work processes and
implement innovative approaches.
- Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to
solve client issues.
- May lead others and participate in cross functional programs
and projects as well as train & mentor team members.
- May perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications
- 12+ years broad-based compensation experience with a strong
consulting mindset.
- Experience in a high-tech company is preferred with the ability
to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
- Recent experience implementing job architecture projects is
desired.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as the
ability to build dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze
data. Data driven person who can think creatively and weave data
and insights together into a story.
- Exceptional relationship management and influencing skills with
the ability to build effective business partnerships.
- Excellent project management, organizational and communication
skills.
- Mastery of Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint,
Excel) and experience with annual compensation program

specific to the stated locations only.US: Hiring Range in USD from:
$109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and

to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market

typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as
