Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Senior Financial Analyst

Duration: 6 months
Location: Everett, WA, 98204

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will:Prepare external and internal financial deliverables and required monthly financial reporting for various program and company reporting requirements.
Partner with the site controller and various functions (Contracts, Program Management, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service Center, etc.) to prepare monthly Risk and Opportunity position.
Support program(s) monthly forecast for bookings, sales, earnings and cash forecast.
Report monthly variance analysis of actuals vs. Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast.
Assist in period-closing activities and facilitate the weekly/monthly cadence.
Provide support to business reviews.
Analyze and upload production hours.
Provide back up and support to other accounting staff as needed.
Ad-hoc request support in a fast-paced environment.


The ideal candidate will have:Typically requires a University Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting; OR an Advanced Degree and 3 years of relevant work experience in finance and accounting
Prior experience performing variance analysis and leading financial forecasts
Knowledge of Rates and burdening process, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and/or Cost Accounting.
Prior experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines
Experience with MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote.
Experience with an ERP system (SAP Preferred) and Onestream / Hyperion

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $50.00 to $55.00/per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
