Accounting Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for an outgoing professional with accounting and administrative support experience.



Responsibilities include, but not limited to:


Prepare and verify daily reports


Prepare daily income/sales and prepare daily journal entry


Prepare daily deposits


Reconcile bank account


Compile monthly reports


Maintain returned check account


Maintain charge back account


Prepare monthly balance sheet schedules
