The Boeing Companyis currently seeking an Experienced Executive Office Administrator (Level D) to join the Commercial Sales and Marketing team inRenton, Washington!

This important position will play an integral role in leading and managing essential tasks that ensure the office environment runs smoothly. Additionally, the future candidate will partner with the sales team on all administrative tasks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages regional vice president's calendar and scheduling
  • Provide administrative support to regional vice president, business director, marketing director, and sales directors
  • Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler's logistics, generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards
  • Collects, compiles, and monitors data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signature
  • Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication
  • Supports, coordinates and runs executive meetings (logistics, content, presenters)
  • Serve as regional compliance focal. Includes Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA) and Records Information Management (RIM).
  • Tracks and maintains information relative to department and business operations (Maintains and updates organizational charts and DLs, uploads files to the SharePoint, produce, process and store Pro-6 information in a secured location)
  • Produces and processes Pro-6 documents for the regional sales team
  • Processes and screens incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of information
  • Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources
  • Office Management: Ariba ordering, shipping, desk reservations
  • Provides guidance to less experienced employees
  • Works under minimal supervision
  • Must be able to perform and multi-task in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • Build strong relationship building skills; ability and flexibility to work with different leadership styles


    This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Renton, Washington.

    This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. -120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
    • 1+ years' experience coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements, generating expense reports and reconciling corporate credit card charges.
    • 1+ years of experience in managing leadership schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook
    • 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Able to support phone calls during non-business hours (evenings and early mornings) to accommodate international calls
    • Able to work a flexible schedule as needed


      Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
      • 1 year experience working cross-functional teams
      • 1 year experience ability to collect, assess, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings and develop conclusions and recommendations
      • 2+ years' experience working with compliance documentation or guidelines


        Typical Education/Experience:

        High school diploma or GED and typically 7 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

        Relocation:

        Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

        Summary pay range: $68,850 - $93,150
