Job Description:

Due to promotion, we are looking for the new face of our company. As the Director of First Impressions you will act as the first point of contact to team members and visitors. Do you have the gift of being able to switch gears between speaking with vendors, drivers, solicitors and presidents of companies without pause? Are you polished, polite, have a sense of humor, proactive, and can be trusted with confidential information? Whew! We are looking for you!

Yes, a degree or additional schooling and stability in positions are very important to us. We are looking to add a member to our ?family?, not just fill a seat.

Brief description of responsibilities:

Greet all incoming visitors to the office in a friendly, professional, hospitable manner.

Act as business interface so as to filter general information, requests and queries.

Help the company to maintain relations with partners and suppliers.

Operate the switchboard.

Be the right hand to the President; keep him on track!

Ensure all administrative procedures are followed to Company standards and audit requirements.

Process incoming and outgoing mail.

Receive deliveries.

Assist with accounting functions as needed.

Maintain office supplies.

Assist with miscellaneous projects as necessary.
