Branch Pricing Analyst will be responsible for examining the
complex pricing data by conducting mathematical analysis pertaining
to contract support and inventory cost of goods, update and manage
the timing of cost changes, rebates, and various supplier/item
updates. The person hired into this position will be required to
work a hybrid schedule of 4 days a week in our Sumner, WA office,
and 1 day at home. Target locations: Portland, OR | Seattle, WA |
Spokane, WA Responsibilities: Conduct daily reviews on margins for
contract and cost updates. Track the effect of any changes on sales
and margins within our market. Work closely with purchasing and
sales departments to address any margin-related issues. Work
closely with the pricing team to ensure data is entered timely and
accurately. Facilitate cost changes, rebates, and various vendor
updates. Understand the logic behind the various cost change
processes. Audit cost changes and rebate tables for accuracy.
Participate in other projects as directed. Maintain documented
records with precision. Coordinate external and internal
communication of pricing and item changes. Requirements: High
School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years working in a business environment. A high level
of organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a team
player. A high level of attention to detail. Excellent math
aptitude Resourceful, creative, and innovative A high level of
proficiency in Microsoft Excel, WORD. Comfortable learning new
systems; quick learner. AS400 experience a plus. Bunzl Seattle's
salary range is $ 26.00 to $ 33.00 per hour based on experience,
education, and geographic location. Medical, dental, vision, and
life insurance available to employees and eligible dependents
starting the first day of the month after 30 days of employment
(unless otherwise specified by a collective bargaining agreement).
401(k) retirement plan with a generous company match of $0.75 per
$1.00 contributed, up to 6% of eligible pay , available after 30
days. Paid time off , including: 10 vacation days and 2 personal
days annually (prorated in the first year based on hire date). 48
hours of sick leave per year , in accordance with Washington State
law. 6 paid national holidays and 2 floating holidays annually.
