This critical role will work with a highly motivated and collaborative marketing team to develop successful social media campaigns in order to take our digital performance to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing - The Role

Strategize in development of social media campaigns
Oversee social media campaign schedules
Pull KPI data to determine the success of social media campaigns
Create content and execute creative deliverables
Follow conversations on the internet while interacting with the public as a representative of RbA, adding repuational value to the company
Monitor trending hashtags and topics while finding unique ways to integrate them into the brand
Work with other staff members to further promote our brand
Track the success of social media efforts through goal setting with markers for identifying success through various online analytical tools
Define and monitor KPI's specifically for social media
Collaborate with designers or copywriters to provide attractive and informative campaigns
Monitor all social media content
Utilize and stay up-to-date with social media marketing tools and technologies
Track campaign performance
Track customer engagement and SEO to optimize campaign content
Establish and maintain networking relationships with industry professionals or influencers on social media

Requirements

2+ years in a social media specialist role or similar role
Proficient in business posts on social media platforms
Understanding of SEO and web traffic data
Experience researching buyer and consumer personas
Understanding of social media KPIs
Great with multitasking
Critical thinking and problem solver
Team oriented
Organized and self-motivated
Time management skills
Exceptional at communication and building relationships

Experience preferred with the following social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram/Reels, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube/YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Indeed
Experience preferred in Adobe Suite, primarily: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and InDesign.

$70k + bonus DOE
