About This Role Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is seeking an
experienced EL06 Lead/Foreman Electrician who is ready to grow
their career while working on some of the most recognizable and
impactful projects in the Puget Sound region. If you take pride in
leading crews, delivering quality work, and being part of a fun,
loyal, and professional team, this role is for you. Youll play a
key leadership role on a wide variety of commercial projects. from
tenant improvements and new construction to service upgrades and
specialty work, across both public and private sectors. Notable
Past Projects Space Needle Museum of Flight Various projects for
Puyallup Tribe of Indians Terra Power Schools and colleges
throughout Pierce, King, and Snohomish Counties Key
Responsibilities Lead and manage crews on active job sites
Coordinate daily work activities and schedules Maintain high
standards for safety, quality, and productivity Work independently
while collaborating with project managers and field leadership
Support a successful job completion from start to finish
Competencies & Qualifications 4 years of low voltage electrical
experience 2 years in a proven lead and/or foreman role is strongly
preferred EL06 Journey-Level Electrical License Valid driver's
license and reliable transportation Strong communication and
teamwork skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced
environment Compensation This is an hourly, non-exempt position.
Compensation for this position ranges from $48.00 to $55.00 per
