Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate swimming teacher to join our team! As a swimming teacher, you will guide students ages 4 - 10 yrs of age in developing aquatic skills, proficiency, and confidence. You will be teaching in an indoor pool kept at 90 degrees. Come make a splash with us!Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe environment by enforcing pool rules and monitoring swimmers
• Maintain proper records and documentation of classes, student progress, and any incidents that may occur
• Evaluate students' progress and provide feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to develop activities and events that enhance the overall swim programRequirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Driver License
  • Authorized to work in US
  • Minimum Age 16
