Job Description:
Our expectations of you as a Northwest Ambulance **
Strictly follows the policies and procedures of NWA and County
Medical Protocols.
Efficiently completes assigned tasks and submits necessary
paperwork promptly.
Must be punctual and attentive.
Ensures the accuracy of documentation in accordance with company
policies and procedures.
Identifies and mitigates potential risks to patient safety,
adhering to established procedures.
Ability to operate the ambulance safely at all times, in compliance
with Washington State and company regulations.
Collaborates with dispatchers and management to deliver
compassionate and timely care during unexpected circumstances.
Acts with integrity and supports the company, its values, and its
employees, while consistently striving to exceed customer
expectations and deliver the highest level of patient care.
Maintains a professional appearance and adheres to high uniform
standards.
Ensures cleanliness, organization, and restocking of the ambulance
throughout each shift.
Performs other assigned duties.
Requirements
Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills.
Proficiency in understanding vital signs, including the correct
measurement and interpretation of values.
Capability to operate an oversize vehicle with smoothness and
safety.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Superb time management capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and occasionally
stressful environment.
Ability to complete comprehensive and billable reports for each
patient interaction.
Must *
NREMT or Washington State EMT certification.
Active drivers license - must have maintained for 2 years or
longer.
Clean driving record - limit of 2 citations in past 36 months; DUI
and other serious offenses may disqualify candidacy.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 19 years or older

Wages:
Our wage range starts at $24 per hour. Shifts are either 11, 12 or
13 hours long and have different start times ranging from 4am to
8pm. The assignment of shifts is based on unit availability.
