Lead Product Specialist Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing
Company is looking for a Lead Product Specialist to join the team
in Seattle, WA; Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO: Everett, WA; or
Renton, WA. Lead Product Specialist needs to collaborate with
business and product stakeholders to define and document the
‘business need’ into clear and precise requirements with testable
acceptance criteria. The role then partners with the IT Delivery
organization to deliver a solution that meets the business needs.
Position Responsibilities: Lead efforts to define and document
detailed business requirements Quickly learns each business unit’s
warehouse ops, transportation and logistics business flows,
processes and products Facilitate regular requirement gathering and
design sessions with the business product owners/users and
communicates expectations to the IT development team Elicit
requirements using a variety of techniques such as interviews,
document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, site
visits, use cases, scenarios and business process flows Negotiate
solutions that satisfy requirements and deliver business value
while ensuring consistency and security standards Identify process
improvement opportunities by reviewing existing processes and data.
Use a variety of techniques to document and map complex business
processes to ensure requirements are clear to help deploy the right
solution with first time quality (ie. epic/capability/feature/user
story, UML models) Ensure requirements are testable and traceable
Partner with the IT delivery team throughout the project to ensure
expectations are met Serve as liaison between the business product
team and the IT delivery team to resolve any issues Develop and
execute test cases to validate the requirements Strong communicator
and writer that works to develop strong relationships with business
customers, IT, Infrastructure, vendors and partners Monitor project
progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing
progress reports; recommending actions and escalations as needed
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): 5 years’
experience on business requirements and analysis on teams and
projects that involve cross-functional and/or cross-business
domains with management interface experience Experience capturing
product requirements with a clear focus on real business needs and
delivering measurable value Experience in creating diagrams &
Workflows Experience with Scaled Agile Framework Experience in
Supply Chain domain – either in IT or within a business function 5
years’ experience leading projects for supply chain logistics
Experience managing projects and utilizing standard project
management tools Preferred Qualifications (Desired
Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science,
Engineering, Business Management, or related Demonstrated systems
thinking experience across broad process and architectural
landscapes Demonstrated organization skills to effectively work in
cross-functional, multi-level environment with shifting priorities
and requirements Excellent organizational and planning experience

Summary Pay Range: $129,200 – $187,450 Language Requirements: Not
