A Pacific Northwest Healthcare Organization is actively seeking a Vice President Patient Care Services- Ambulatory Nursing Services to oversee the regional ambulatory and outpatient clinical operations.. The Chief Nursing Executive (CNE) will be recommending and implementing innovative organizational structures and delivery models which support the safe and effective provision of patient care, treatment and services and the development and support of a practice environment, which enables the recruitment and retention of a high functioning staff.. The Vice President Patient Care Services will report to the Board of Directors and will collaborate with the System Chief Operating Officer, System Chief Financial Officer and System Chief Executive Officer, and the Senior Leadership team, and will be directly supported by 3 Regional Directors of Outpatient and Ambulatory Services, and numerous directors and practice managers.. The Vice President of Patient Care Services will be responsible for mentoring and developing positive relationships with clinical leaders. The VP of Nursing will develop strategies to deliver quality outcomes in patient satisfaction, core measures, fiscal management, employee satisfaction and retention, and overall quality management. This role will provide oversight to the professional competencies of nursing and ancillary services involved in patient care.. The Nurse Vice President, Clinical Operations to be a part of large healthcare system with numerous hospitals, clinics, surgery centers, and outpatient facilities throughout the region.. Professional and successful candidate will provide day to day, operational leadership and direction to all medical, behavioral health and outpatient clinics. Works closely work Clinic Directors and the Director of Patient Experience to establish an efficient system-wide, patient focused experience that meets expected financial and operational outcomes. Closely monitors patient satisfaction and organizational goals and measures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement..
