Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA), 737 Business Operations team has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Operations Change Management (level 4) in Renton, WA.

The 737 Business Operations, Master Change team is looking for a dynamic candidate with an understanding of Change Management, assembly, production and manufacturing knowledge/processes. The candidate will develop and communicates schedules and change incorporation plans in manufacturing environments.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:
Leads activities to develop and communicate change incorporation plans in manufacturing environments.

Performs analyses to ensure compliance of product definition change with regulatory requirements.

Analyzes technical statements of work to ensure accurate description of change.

Monitors compliance with change incorporation plans, identifies non-conformities and develops recovery plans as needed.

Integrates product/process change requirements and develops change incorporation plans in manufacturing environments.

Reviews product/process change requirements and determines/facilitates alternate design or manufacturing solutions.

Performs analyses to ensure compliance of product definition change with regulatory requirements.

Approves technical statements of work to ensure accurate description of change.

Verifies compliance with change incorporation plans and oversees implementation of recovery plans as needed.

Work Authorization:
The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. - 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years' experience in Change Management tool suite, including but not limited to: Engineering Tracking and Control ( ETAC), Engineering Change Authoring System ( ECAS), Change Processing System ( CPS), ACMS Automated Commitment Management System, Intra Boeing EXchange (IBEX), Commitment Development Schedule (CDS), Fireview

3+ years' experience with baseline management.

3+ years leading or managing a cross functional team or project.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years' experience with committed change.

3+ years' experience with basic commitment.

Experience working with projects or teams.

Experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience multi-tasking and working in a team environment.

Experience working in a high pace, dynamic environment leading people and projects toward a defined objective.

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).
