Regular schedule will be two days reporting to the office and three
days working from home. Main Purpose of the Role - The Talent
Sourcing Managermanages the execution of long and short-term
tactical initiatives in the acquisition of adequate independent
contractor (IC) talent; and contributes to the development of new
acquisition and implementation strategies. Accompanying
initiatives, the manager is provided with allocated budget amounts
and determines how these monies are most effectively spent to
acquire talent of the right caliber, in the right numbers, in
needed locations. The Talent Sourcing Manager supervises sourcing
team members and is a hands-on contributor to sourcing efforts such
as: outreach, funnel flow, interviewing and candidate
assessment.Behavioral Expectations Results-minded approach to

resolution.Key Responsibilities Act as subject matter expert for IC
sourcing.Fulfill IC talent contracting needs as established per
locations and timing.Effectively reach the right number of
qualified applicants. Efficiently move candidates through the
application process.Selecting and contracting best candidates
qualified to meet established standards.Distribution and management
of tasks among the sourcing team.Accurate tracking and reporting of
sourcing and hiring data such as: cost per contract,
application/contract rate and funnel flow.In all work, consistent
representation of the talent brand as highly engaged, accountable,
knowledgeable, and personable.Ongoing management of applicant
tracking system/s used for sourcing.Contribute to sourcing strategy
planning and proposal of ongoing improvement initiativesCreate and
manage contract/job requisitions to obtain talentCreate and manage
contract/job posting content and distributionJob board account and
relationship management.Collaborate with marketing regarding
advertising and social media initiativesResearch and identify new
sourcing opportunitiesIdentify and manage
representation/participation within IC communities Maintain
effective cross-team communication and working relationships,
especially regarding hand-over points, standards and down-stream
effectiveness of sourcing. Manage assessment pass thresholds for IC
candidate acceptanceManage interview criteria and thresholds for
transcription candidate acceptance.Document, track and communicate
all sourcing protocols and standards.Oversee all public facing
talent sourcing postings and replies to postingsSkills and
