Administration & Airworthiness organization has a first line
manager opportunity as the Enterprise Regulatory Administration &
Airworthiness Workforce Development Manager & People Leader. This
is a great opportunity for a driven candidate who can shape the
RA&A Hiring and Employee Development Strategy located in one of
the following locations: Everett, WA, Renton, WA, Seattle, WA, Long
Beach, CA, Seal Beach, CA, Oklahoma City, OK, Berkeley, MO, Ridley
Park, PA, or North Charleston, SC.Our objectives are supported by a

environment. We are seeking an individual who excels in that
framework and has a passion for people development, building teams
and organizations, and engineering excellence.This position also
provides support to the CASO Senior Manager of Resource Management,
Workforce Development, Knowledge Management, and Design Technical
Excellence. This is a key, highly visible role providing
communication and integration across many sites and business units
for the entire Enterprise RA&A Team.Applicable and appropriate
educational/certification credentials from an accredited
institution and/or equivalent experience is required. Position
Responsibilities:
- Establish the long-range strategy and infrastructure for skill
team management and people development that aligns with the broader
CASO workforce development plans
- Represent RA&A as a member of the CASO work force
council
- Define and enable the talent acquisition strategies for the
RA&A and infuse team members and leaders into recruiting trips
and efforts
- Coordinate skill activities across the enterprise and global
sites as needed
- Be responsible for execution of plans and presenting with
leadership meetings and senior/executive skill teams
- Own and document our knowledge management approach for
RA&A. Continue to grow the Reg Admin College Activities
development and partner with the Engineering University Alliance as
needed
- Develop and manage staffing forecasts, skill metrics, trends
and visibility for leadership and inputs into LRBP
- Develop, coordinate and administer RA&A placement &
onboarding for new hires, transfers and interns for all skills and
levels.
- Integrate RA&A into the CASO/P&SS rotation strategy
development
- Manage and oversee the technical excellence development,
distinctive skills efforts (Fellowship/BDE/SME) and candidate
readiness reviews/prep for RA&A
- Provide career development planning/coordination
- Lead and facilitate first line leader best team & talent
reviews and coordination on all workforce, technical and knowledge
management initiatives for the enterprise
- Manage RA&A promotion process, requisitions (internal,
external, contractor), retentions, surpluses/redeployments,
performance management, salary reviews, talent management processes
and implement standardization where applicable
- Serve as member of RA&A employee engagement teamThis
position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will
be required to work onsite at one of the listed location
options.This position must meet export control compliance
requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a
"U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "U.S.
Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee,
or asylee. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of project management experience
- 3+ years of experience leading teams and/or
initiativesPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to travel 20% annually
- Experience with BCA, BDS, and BGS hiring processes and
organizations
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- 2+ years of management experienceRelocation: This position
