Division Information PACCAR's Information Technology Division (ITD), located in Renton, WA utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire Corporation, which has high visibility in the technology sector. The Role The position is responsible for PACCAR's Global IT Internal Control Program. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving the IT internal control framework, developing and executing the annual control test plan, and timely reporting on the effectiveness of the Program. The IT Internal Control Program consists of SOX compliance, the Internal Control Assessment Program (ICAP), and Internal and External Audit support. Job Functions/Responsibilities

• Conduct business with the highest ethical standards and treat confidential information appropriately.
• Maintain an effective Global IT Internal Control Framework, working closely with PACCAR divisions for adoption and improvement.
• Manage IT-related Risk through effective internal controls.
• Develop an annual Test Plan and ensure the timely execution.
• Oversee compliance testing and work paper documentation.
• Provide guidance to PACCAR divisions on internal control testing.
• Liaison with external auditors on annual SOX compliance.
• Prepare relevant reports, metrics, and presentations for management.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audit activities.
• Monitor the progress of audit finding remediation and verify successful completion.
• Create and deliver IT internal control training to PACCAR entities.
• Supervise, coach and mentor staff. Qualifications
  • At least five years of progressive experience in IT auditing, SOX testing, and SOX compliance reporting.
  • Knowledge of IT internal control frameworks, such as Cobit, and industry best practices.
  • CISA certification preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple, strict deadlines.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in managing and coaching staff.
  • Advanced computer system skills including use Microsoft Word, Access, Excel and PowerPoint. SharePoint, Tableau or SQL preferred. Education

The salary range for the IT Internal Control Manager position is $106,300 - $166,300 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for a full range of benefit options listed above. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift.
