technicians, engineers, program managers, you will participate in
the development of one of our space vehicles. We are seeking an
analytical, creative, proactive, and forward-thinking Finance
Senior Manager to join our team and report into the Vice President
of Business Operations. This position will drive critical
initiatives to improve the quality and timeliness of insights
provided to business leadership. The individual should possess
excellent financial acumen and strong oral, written, and
interpersonal skills that can thrive in a fast-paced and constantly
evolving environment. In this hands-on position, you will work to
increase the speed, efficiency, and automation of our finance
operations by supporting the timely delivery and transparency of
data to support the company's business decisions.We are looking for

required!Responsibilities:
- Serve as the point of contact with the Program Management
Office and the program Sr. Director for all business decisions
- Maintain the program forecast and provide analysis such as
funding profiles, order and sales forecasts, time-phased labor &
non-labor expenditure profiles, cash forecasts, and variance
analysis to the annual operating plan
- Research, identify, and explain root cause of financial
variances to budget and forecast. Performs risk & opportunity
analyses and provide potential solutions. Work with program teams
to develop recovery plans
- Ability to develop pricing models, based on multiple inputs
including market conditions, competition, etc
- Create profit & loss / cash flow statements based on multiple
requirements from RFIs
- Help support program teams and provide oversight of estimates
at completion (EACs) at the WBS element and program level
- Help lead business case updates and recurring product cost
reviews which then feed updates for multiyear planning
- Creation of content and ability to present data to support
program, financial and operations reviews
- Validate purchase orders are within the forecast and billed to
the correct accounts
- Provide guidance and mentor staff member both in their
professional development and as required to align with stated
deadlines and ensure appropriate actions are implemented in
relation to business function forecastsQualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting, or other
highly analytical field
- 10+ years of financial and business analytics experience, to
include partnering with senior program leaders to prepare monthly
forecasts, AOPs, and multi-year strategic plans
- Government contracting experience, including proposal and
contract support
- Must have an existing security clearance or ability to acquire
clearance after hire
- People management experience
- Strong communication, writing and presentation skills and
demonstrating success influencing and collaborating with multiple
stakeholders
- Experience in helping business managers meet financial targets
and deliver results.
- Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel
- Highly skilled collaborator and influencer capable of
interacting with multiple business partners and collaborators.
- Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional
relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
- Understanding of underlying business processes and the impact
of financial decisions
- Solid understanding of financial statements and generally
accepted accounting principles.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident
(current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as

- Experience with development programs moving into a production
environment
- Experience with Performance Measurement
- MBA, or Master's Degree in Finance
- Experience with Deltek, COBRA, or other cost/schedule
