Job Description:

About the Role:

We are looking for a Content Development Coordinator to oversee the preparation of content for event breakout sessions.
Working closely with product marketing, you will be responsible for setting deadlines, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, including senior leadership, external vendors, and customers, to ensure high-quality content delivery.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and complete content development for event breakout sessions
Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress
Prepare reports for upper management on project status
Develop onboarding resources and conduct time studies for future staffing requirements
Work with session owners, speakers, and product marketing managers to ensure high-quality content
Lead and direct the work of others, including c-suite executives
Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree
2-3 years of experience in events project management or related field
Project management certifications preferred (PMP, PgMP, Prince2)

Required Skills:

Event management and project management experience
Track strategy, delivery, and development oversight
Objective setting, budgeting, and resource planning
Quality standards monitoring
Relationship building with stakeholders, customers, and vendors
Familiarity with Asana and MS Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications:

2-3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, CMP, PgMP, Prince2)
