We have an opportunity at Axon for a Customer Success Manager
supporting our Law Enforcement clients.
Your Impact
The Customer Success Manager, role is a CSM who will own a book of
customers on the SMB side of Law Enforcement and provide those
customers the support needed to drive adoption and to solve and
escalate potential agency issues. They will own the client
relationship and be that trusted advisor.
Location: Candidate to be located in Scottsdale, AZ or Seattle
WA

The Pay: Axon is a total compensation company, meaning compensation
is made up of base pay plus bonus. The starting base pay for this
role is between USD 55,000.00 in the lowest geographic market and
USD 88,000.00 in the highest geographic market. The actual base pay
is dependent upon many factors, such as: level, function, training,
transferable skills, work experience, business needs, geographic
market, and often a combination of all these factors. Our benefits
