The position of Marsha M. Linehan Dialectical Behavior Therapy
(DBT) Clinic Associate Director (MML Associate Director) serves
both the service and training missions of the MML DBT clinic and
manages administrative tasks and projects as required for its
successful functioning. The part-time MML Associate Director
provides direct clinical service to community members and
supervises University of Washington clinical psychology graduate
students in delivering adherent DBT within a comprehensive DBT
program.
Position Purpose
The MML Associate Director role involves service and training
responsibilities, managing clinic operations, providing clinical
services, and supervising graduate students in DBT practice.
Position Complexities/Features
This role requires strong interpersonal skills, expertise in DBT,
supervision experience, and staying updated with the latest
research to inform clinical practice and training.
