OverviewAssociate Care DirectorHiring Immediately!Are you a caregiver seeking a leadership role?Aegis Lodge is looking for an Associate Care Director to provide quality care to our elderly residents and lead our care staff. The Associate Care Director (ACD) is a key member of the healthcare team. Under the general supervision of the Care Director, the ACD assists with implementing all care functions (ADLs), medication passes in AL and LN communities, and supports scheduling to ensure safe resident care.What We Offer:

  • Schedule community care staff
  • Find coverage for care staff call-outs
  • Manage care-related forms and report staff overtime
  • Work direct personal care shifts as directed by the Care Director
  • Assist in training care staff
  • Participate in staff management
  • Opportunity for advancement to Care DirectorQualificationsWho You Are:
    • Active CNA or HCA license in WA state required
    • At least 1 year of caregiving experience for elderly residents
    • At least 1 year of experience as a Medication Technician with nurse delegation in senior living
    • Commitment to high-quality resident care
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
    • Proficient computer skills
    • Effective communication skills (oral and written)
