your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a
First-Line Manufacturing Manager (Level K) to join the Fuselage
Assembly Center, based out of Everett, WA. This position is
available for 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.Position Responsibilities:
- Manages employees and first-level managers performing
activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines
- Must be capable of executing recovery plans in a complex
production system
- Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies
and procedures and provides input on departmental business and
technical strategies, goals and objectives
- Acquires resources for department activities, provides
technical management of suppliers and leads process
improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with
customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
- Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches,
products and processes
- Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level
managersThis position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected
candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.Basic
Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of experience leading or managing others
- Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and
overtimePreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- 5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing environment
- 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or
One Boeing Production System (One BPS)
- 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word,
Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of tooling operation or fabrication processes
- Project Management ExperienceShift: Candidate may be selected
for 1st 2nd or 3rd shift. Shift will be determined at the time of

Summary Pay Range: $116,000 - $134,000
