Details:

Permanent, full-time position

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Lead physician onsite

Make clinical assessments

Lead shared decision-making discussions

Activate patient treatment plans

Qualifications

Board Certified or Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine

Valid Washington medical license

Chronic condition management experience preferred
