Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, including prescribing medications and recommending follow-up care. 4. Perform surgical procedures, including spays, neuters, and soft tissue surgeries, with precision and care. 5. Educate clients on preventive healthcare measures and provide guidance on nutrition, behavior, and overall wellness. 6. Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clear understanding of diagnoses, treatment options, and prognosis. 7. Collaborate with other members of the veterinary team to deliver comprehensive and coordinated care. 8. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols. **Qualifications:** 1. Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school. 2. Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Washington. 3. Strong diagnostic and medical/surgical skills, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. 4.
