We are leveraging our investment from Washingtons largest not-for-profit health plan, Premera Blue Cross, to create a primary care offering that is holistic, seamless, and care centric.What youll do:Collaborate with colleagues to help us build something new.Provide patient care, including taking care of patients outside of the transaction.Lead and be part of a team.Commit to a differentiated experience for each patient, every time.Learn, grow and help others to do the same.What you'll bring:Currently licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Washington by hire date.Completion of Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program at the Master's level, with a national certification from one of the following organizations: American Academy of Nurse Practitioners; American Nurses Credentialing Center.Unrestricted DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority.Ability to be credentialed under Medicare.Proficient in use of the EMR, with Epic experience strongly preferred.Two or more years of experience strongly preferred.Excellent critical thinking, flexibility, problem solving and communication skills.An interest in community outreach efforts (PR, ambassador to community partners, onboarding/mentoring for new teammates).A special interest, fellowship, or degree in an associated field of primary care.Bilingual in English/Spanish (Preferred).Degree in population health management.
