Senior Director Surgical Services RN for Providence St Peter
Hospital (PSPH) and Providence Centralia Hospital (PCH), you'll
lead the charge in providing strategic direction and administrative
oversight to our Surgical Services. You'll be located in the lively
city of Centralia, working closely with executive teams to advance
healthcare delivery in the region. What You'll Do: - Strategic
Visionary: Spearhead the strategic planning process for surgical
services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving
innovation. - Administrative Leader: Oversee departmental budgets,
staffing, and the annual planning process, ensuring efficient

capabilities across the surgical services division. - Mission

outcomes. What You'll Bring: - Educational Background: Bachelor's
Degree in Nursing required, with a preferred Master's Degree in
Nursing, Business Management, or Health Administration. -
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in progressive management roles
within perioperative services, with experience in working with
collective bargaining units preferred, showcasing your ability to
build strong partnerships. - Licensing: Valid Washington Registered
Nurse License upon hire, ensuring compliance with state

for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage
range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job
experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base
pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role,
such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums,
