Registered Nurse (RN) | Intensive Care Unit (ICU) / Critical Care Location: Seattle, WA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,585 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 16 Weeks Start Date: 3/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: ICU Float RN w/ Hemodialysis Experience Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 3 years License: Compact License or appropriate state license accepted Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: ICU experience within the last year Neuro ICU or strong neuro skills Hemodialysis experience in the last 2 years preferred Proficient in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias Description: The position is for an ICU Float RN with hemodialysis experience. Candidates must have ICU experience within the last year, along with Neuro ICU or strong neuro skills. Preferred candidates will have hemodialysis experience within the last 2 years. Proficiency in interpretation and management of dysrhythmias is required. There will be a competency test regarding dysrhythmias. The nurse-to-patient ratio in ICU during the day is 1:1-2 and for hemodialysis, it is 1:1. Travelers may float to other critical care units as required. Candidates must be available for weekend coverage every other weekend. Two references are required upon submission, with a strong preference for supervisory or charge references. Candidates will float to all critical care units, including MICU, Neuro ICU, and Trauma ICU. Experience with EPIC charting is a plus but not required.
