03/23/2026 Job Description: Registered Nurse in Labor & Delivery
responsible for providing care to antepartum and laboring patients,
performing cervical exams, and managing post-partum care from
transition to discharge for both mother and baby. Responsibilities:
Conduct cervical exams and manage antepartum and labors. Perform
amnio infusions, administer epidurals, monitor fetal health, and
manage IVs and Pitocin. Provide comprehensive post-partum care.
Circulate C-sections and catch/receive babies. Conduct APGAR
assessments. Educate on breastfeeding practices. Requirements:
Minimum Experience: 2 years of total LD, including 1 year in LDRP.
Certifications: BLS, NRP, and fetal monitoring. Skills: Strong
experience in LD, cervical exams, antepartum and labors, amnio
infusions, epidurals, fetal monitoring, IVs, and Pitocin. Must be
comfortable with all aspects of post-partum care and baby
catching/receiving. Circulate C-sections required; scrub experience
