Position: RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit (Travel/Contract) We're hiring
experienced RN-ICU-Intensive Care Unit for a 13-week contract in Mt
Vernon, Washington — earn up to ($2232 - $2350 per week) while
providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates
will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the

high-quality patient care in the ICU setting. Monitor and assess
patient conditions continuously. Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed. Participate in ongoing professional
development and training. Collaborate with healthcare team to
develop care plans. Document patient progress and treatment
outcomes accurately. Adhere to safety and infection control
protocols. Educate patients and families on care procedures.
Utilize data to evaluate patient care effectiveness. Assist in
achieving departmental targets and goals. Engage in performance
evaluations and feedback sessions. Maintain a high level of
visibility in work activities. Experience/Qualifications Valid RN
license in Washington State with ICU experience. Ability to monitor
and assess critically ill patients in real-time. Strong knowledge
of medication administration and treatment protocols. Commitment to
ongoing professional development and training. Experience
collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Proficiency
in documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes. Familiarity
with safety and infection control protocols in healthcare. Ability
to educate patients and families on care procedures effectively.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate patient care effectiveness
using data. Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and
