Registered Nurse (RN) | Case Manager Location: Everett, WA Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,520 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Utilization Review Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Utilization Review Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 16:30) Experience: 1 year License: RN License Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - First-timers accepted - No weekend shifts required - Fully remote position Description: The role involves performing utilization review for patients. The nurse will conduct concurrent reviews and continued stay reviews. The position requires experience with InterQual criteria and Milliman guidelines. Knowledge of CMS regulations and CPT coding is essential. Familiarity with HIPAA guidelines and ICD-10 coding is required. Candidates should have a strong understanding of healthcare quality measures. The nurse must adhere to safety goals and standards set by regulatory bodies. All travelers are expected to float between various units within their skill set. Communication devices will be provided as needed to perform job duties.
