Job Description Pediatric opening in WashingtonCoupeville,
WAFull timeThe organization is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to
provide comprehensive care in a rural community setting. This role
offers a mix of clinical care, leadership, and program development,
with opportunities to supervise advanced practice providers and
contribute to long-term clinic growth.Position Details• Full-time,
1.0 FTE• Schedule: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts• Practice
setting includes clinic, emergency department, and hospital
coverage• On-call responsibilities shared among pediatric
providers• Onsite position in a community-focused healthcare
environmentClinical Responsibilities• Provide direct patient care
to pediatric patients across clinic and hospital settings•
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of pediatric conditions•
Participate in emergency department consults and inpatient care as
needed• Collaborate with advanced practice providers and
multidisciplinary teams• Deliver patient and family education and
support care planningLeadership & Oversight• Supervise and support
advanced practice practitioners• Serve as a clinical resource for
care planning and patient management• Participate in medical record
review and quality improvement initiatives• Contribute to
development of clinical protocols and patient education
programsProgram & Clinic Development• Assist with clinic
operations, long-term planning, and policy development• Support
compliance with regulatory standards including Medicare, Medicaid,
and accreditation requirements• Collaborate with clinic and
departmental leadership to enhance workflow and patient care
delivery• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and committees•
Engage in community outreach and education
initiativesQualifications • MD or DO from an accredited medical
school• Completion of an accredited Pediatrics residency program•
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics• Active Washington
State medical license required• DEA license required• Current BLS,
PALS, and NRP certifications required• Minimum of 2 years of
pediatric practice experience preferred• Prior experience
supervising advanced practice providers or working in a rural
setting preferredSkills & Attributes• Strong clinical and
decision-making abilities• Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills• Ability to lead and collaborate within a
team-based care model• Organizational skills with attention to
detail in documentation and patient care• Commitment to continuous

Estimated pay range/amount is $173k to $316k.
