Job Description & Requirements Family Medicine Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $139.68 - $151.20 This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity. Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Patients per day: 21 Practice Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center Scope: Standard outpatient Credentialing Timeframe: 3 weeks Licensure: Board Certified or eligible in Family Medicine Must have an active Washington state medical license, Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
