Job Description:

Adecco Staffing is looking for a Customer Service Representative in Renton, WA. This position is located on-site (Not Remote) and works within the company's Warranty Department. This is a temporary position, starting at $33 hourly. Apply online at Duties:

• Process and analyze warranty claims
• Process claims under established rules, work individually or with Supplier Recovery, Engineering, or Quality.
• Regularly, give our Dealers and Fleet Customers the finest possible service.
• Carry out any additional technical or administrative tasks that are given to you.
• Provide subject-matter expertise for the tasks that have been given to you (Business Unit)
• Cooperate closely with internal and external stakeholders to comprehend business obstacles and improvement prospects.
• Manage the reconciliation of all Supplier Recovery-related warranty expenses and proper billing.
• Travel to Fleet, Dealer and Production locations is necessary (seldom) Requirement:
• 2 years experience in a Customer Service Role
• Ability to work Monday-Friday and OT if required.
