This is an opportunity to take your career to the next level.--As an HR Assistant, you will be an integral part of our HR operations.--This is an exciting, full time position, where you help on-board new employees, learn about benefits, and most importantly have a lot of fun while at work.General Responsibilities Include:HR Assistant Duties o----Enroll employees into various benefit platforms o--Medical o--Dental/Vision o--Life Insurance o--LTD/STDo----Complete administrative process with respect to employee onboarding o--Namely HRIS System o--Flexman o--Sterling background checkso----Process Internal Navia HRA Claims (Weekly)o----Assist employees with HSA enrollmento----Produce monthly reports for staffing and attrition rateso----Assist all Navia departments with various administrative projectsFront Desk Dutieso----Sign for all parcels and deliverieso----Regulate access to the office and maintain security protocolso----Escort visitors: Business professionals, Shred-it, maintenance persons, etc.o----Greet applicants and administer employment applications and notify employees when visitors arrive.o----Arrange travel for executive teamo----Assist in event planning for Navia sponsored eventso----Other duties as assignedRequirements for the job------------------High school diploma or equivalent------------------2 years of administrative experience in an office setting (preferred)------------------Familiarity with Microsoft suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)------------------Strong communication skills------------------Self-motivated/Able to work independently------------------An obscenely positive attitude!!!
