Precision Resources, a division of the Trimarc Group, Inc., is currently seeking a talented Sr. Technical Support Specialist (On-Site Role - Renton, WA) to join our client and to help support and facilitate their growth and expansion of services.Job Purpose Summary:

As the Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting internal and external clients.

You will be responsible for ensuring processes are documented, tickets are updated, and closed with accurate information. When necessary, escalate issues/tickets to appropriate personnel. The position listing is for 1st shift as part of the NOC team. Weekend and off-hour work may be required as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Support technology related projects as defined by key stakeholders.
Managing Windows and Linux systems.
Upgrading, installing, and configuring application software and computer hardware.
Troubleshooting and providing technical support to end users.
Creating and managing system permissions and user accounts.
Creating and maintaining workstations for both on-prem and remote employees.
Ensure platform security and adherence to the best practices for IT systems.
Maintain a professional demeanor with clients and colleagues.
Provide technical support & training for users with varying levels of IT knowledge.

Role Requirements:

5-7 years of proven experience within complex corporate environments.
Strong understanding of O365, working knowledge of Windows server administration.
Working knowledge troubleshooting AWS, VMware, and Hyper-V for ticket remediation.
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues remote and on site as necessary.
Excellent communication skills both verbally and electronically.
Customer-oriented focus.
After-hours availability when necessary to complete projects and directives.
