The US base salary range for this full-time position is $262,000-$365,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Ensure the design, timely implementation, code correctness, and support of SQL Server, a fast-growing database engine within the Cloud SQL product family. Work with product management to define features and create and drive roadmaps for one or more functional areas in the team. Drive foundational initiatives to grow and improve the reliability of the service. Participate in and manage technical debt reduction analysis and the implementation efforts. Participate in the on-call rotations, help maintain and mentor junior engineers, and foster collaboration in a healthy team culture.
