The Warehouse Specialist assembles orders
and prepares goods for shipment.
(Essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the
functions listed below)
Accurately picks parts to fill orders.
Assists in the packaging of all materials for shipments.
Stocks incoming inventory and maintains accurate inventory
Places all nonstock items and new stock items in proper areas of
Picks, inspects, and receives all vendor returns before it goes to
the shipping stage.
Performs inventory cycle counts and FIFO checks.
Replenishes high moving products from the overflow area.
Investigates inventory variances.
Maintains a clean and orderly work area and the equipment located
in that area.
High School diploma or GED.
2-3 years of warehouse experience
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and
criminal background check.
Must be highly safety conscious.
Must have excellent organizational skills,
be highly motivated, and be able to follow through on duties and
assignments with minimal supervision.
Lifting, moving, standing for extended periods of time (may be in
awkward positions), bending, stooping, walking, and stretching.
Moderate to heavy lifting and carrying (up
to 50 pounds).
Operation of motorized equipment and
vehicles may be required.
