What were looking for

  • OEC Group is currently looking for both entry level and experienced candidates who are interested in the logistics/ supply chain industry to join our Sales team in the Seattle office.
  • The Sales Support Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing support to the Sales team by generating quotes, communicating with customers and gathering information for both prospective leads and current accounts.

About the PositionDuties and responsibilitiesinclude the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team by preparing sales-related documents throughout the sales process and performing administrative duties.
  • Ensure to route client and potential customer calls, leads and e-mails to members of the Sales team to focus on customers needs.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to generate quotations and optimize the sales process.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team to develop presentations for upcoming appointments to present OEC Groups services to potential customers.
  • Must have basic knowledge of pricing and sales procedures to generate accurate reports.
  • Enter data on prospective leads and current accounts into the CRM database (Sugar).

Work Schedule

Seattle Office 8:30 am 5:00 pm PST

Qualifications

Looking for candidates with good follow up abilities, strong organizational skills, and email communication skills.

Education & Experience

  • Associates degree and six months to one year of related experience.
  • Relevant experience in the logistics, supply chain and/or shipping field is a plus.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
