The Peer Campaign Volunteer is an unpaid voluntary position. This role will be responsible for communicating with and supporting individuals who are creating a fundraising team in coordination with Northwest Center and GiveBIG. The Volunteer will provide general administrative support to Team Leads and be responsible for overseeing the onboarding of new Leads.Minimum Age: 18Location: Renton, WACommitment: The schedule variesEssential Duties:Create or modify existing resources for Team Leaders including guides, fundraising tips, and campaign materialsManaging and updating the GiveBIG peer fundraising platform in collaboration with the Development ManagerCoordinating the onboarding Peer Campaign Team Leaders by providing documentation, training resources, story development, and assistance in creating and updating their campaign webpageAct as the liaison between Team Leaders and Northwest Center by sending communications and answering questionsMonitoring the fundraising performance of teams and provide useful feedback to Team LeadersPromoting Northwest Center social media and blog posts among Team LeadersEncouraging and showing appreciation to Team Leaders as donations are received, milestones achieved, or team members are addedOther duties as assignedQualifications:Ability to utilize web-based software toolsStrong verbal and written communication skillsBe a team player, collaborative, detail-oriented, and following through on deliverablesPassionate about Northwest Center's missionPassionate about philanthropyIf you need any assistance with the application process, please send us an email at [email protected] and include the title of the role in the subject line.At Northwest Center, we do not just accept diversity and inclusion - we celebrate it, support it, live it, and flourish in it to benefit our employees, the community, and our clientele.
