This role for Radiology Technologist is looking for an
experience Technologist leader who values working for a top honors
healthcare system. The Interventional Radiology Tech will report to
the Radiology Nurse Manager. This facility is looking for a
Technologist of Radiology who will:
- Assist physicians in the completion of invasive vascular
- Work on cerebral, peripheral and visceral angiography, stent
placement, angioplasty, and thrombectomy radiology.
- Function as a Cardiovascular Technologist if needed.
- Understand how to set, adjust and control a variety of
electronic equipment to apply ionizing radiation for radiographic
- Detail knowledge of all exams that can be performed in the
Cardiac Cath or Interventional Labs
- Demonstrate operational competence in vascular imaging
procedures including: physiological monitors, digital subtraction
angiography, cine radiography, contrast injector, radiofrequency
ablation, angiojet device and temporary pacemaker.
- Perform the role of scrub, circulating, and monitoring
