Tyler Technologies is currently accepting applicants for the position of Deployment Project Coordinator to assist in the coordination of Deployment Team engagements with Tyler's ERP Deployment Team. The Deployment Coordinator will assist in completing tasks required to deploy, upgrade and migrate SaaS and on premise ERP clients. The Deployment Coordinator will assist in communicating and reporting status, projections, progress, risks and issues to all stakeholders.The ideal candidate will be able to assist in managing schedules and information gathering on multiple projects. Including a large volume of communication with various clients and inter team departments with a positive attitude.Work with our innovative software solutions that help local government and school districts centralize data and connect their organizations. By working to develop and support our financial management solutions, you can help integrate our solutions with human resources, revenue management, tax billing, and asset management.LocationYarmouth, Maine - Renton, Washington - RemoteResponsibilities

  • Identify and complete electronic software deliveries for Tyler ERP clients.
  • Coordinate scheduling and all required communication for Deployment projects.
  • Gather information from clients and create the required detailed Deployment work orders in the CRM system and scheduling tool(s), distribute to the Deployment resources as necessary.
  • Monitor billable work orders ensure timely communication and follow up with Client and/or Finance Team.
  • Assist in maintaining the central Deployment calendar and any associated product order form tracking tools.
  • Assist in maintaining and distributing accurate Deployment statistics and reports for management.
  • Research and promptly answer client questions associated with Deployment engagements.
  • Update and maintain Technology Services client information.
  • Work on projects as they arise at the direction of the Deployment Team management.Qualifications
    • Ability to organize work, establish priorities, and handle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
    • Demonstrate effective communication skills with a wide range of clients, both internal and external, and from management to clerical, with a varying range of technical skills.
    • Keep Deployments on schedule by ensuring that tasks are completed on time.
    • Maintain a high degree of professionalism and teamwork.
    • Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • Two years of office administration or schedule coordination experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Working knowledge of computers and technology preferred.
    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Ability to maintain a positive, professional attitude.
    • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced, technical environment.
    • Detail oriented and highly organized.
