Job Description
Vanir Construction Management, Inc. is seeking a Student Trainee to join the growing team near the Renton, Washington area. This position will be part-time, and work with internal and external clients to deliver solutions to ensure quality project delivery. This role will provide weekly siren testing at various assigned facilities.
Work Schedule 3 hours on Wednesdays from 10 30AM-1 30PM.
Minimum Qualifications
Students will have completed, at a minimum, their sophomore year of an undergraduate program
Basic knowledge and application of construction contract(s) administration support, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products, and experience with project-related and documentation tracking systems desired
Experience or desire to work in construction management is preferred
Must have valid WA state drivers license
Strong communication, writing, and technology skills are essential
