Boeing Commercial Airplanes is currently looking for Crane Operator in the Everett and Renton, WA area.

Position Responsibilities:

• Operate cab-controlled overhead traveling crane to lift, move, lower and precisely position large aircraft parts and assemblies raw stock, equipment and assemblies in storage, heavy machinery, dies, jigs, etc.
• Guide the movements of cab-controlled overhead cranes by visible or audible signals.
• Select, secure and adjust suitable chains, cables, slings, hooks and other lifting and securing devices to properly load and balance a variety of large assemblies, tools, equipment and other items being moved and positioned by overhead cab cranes.
• Communicate move status with management, shop leads, scheduling dispatchers, share knowledge, advise and communicate skills information with other employees. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
  
  The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "US Person" includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  
  Basic Qualifications (Required):
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience with material handling equipment such as overhead cranes Relocation:
    
    Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

    • This is an hourly position governed by the International Association of Machinists (IAM-751) Collective Bargaining agreement. Other Relevant Information & Requirements:
      • Ability to work 2nd shift with the opportunity to move to other shifts based on IAM contract and site needs. Summary pay range: $23.00 - $46.58
