What You'll Do:
Perform general maintenance, thoroughly clean common areas, assist with apartment turns, support safety/security in community, and provide a high level of customer service to residents and team members. This is a night shift position.
What You'll Need:
High school diploma or GED preferred, one or two years of general maintenance/housekeeping experience in a similar environment, and ability to communicate with residents and other team members.
Who You Are:
Team player who is a self-starter, has great customer service skills and the ability to multi-task.
