ResponsibilitiesThe ability to build a strong client base with the Bank's exceptional referral and lead generation systems.The opportunity to find new clients through the Bank's client base.The ability to grow relationships with the platform's combination of tools, technology, and support.The opportunity to continue developing your skills with access to training, peer mentoring and education programs.The opportunity to volunteer with your colleagues at community events.Desired ExperienceAt least 2 years' related experience with demonstrated success:Building relationships through a consultative discovery approach.Sharing complex financial and investment concepts and solutions while building trust.Delivering an exceptional service experience that exceeds client expectations.Engaging clients through professional interactions, communication, and interpersonal relationship skillsPreferred Education/TrainingSeries 7, 65 and/or 66 licensesWashington Life and Disability LicensesBachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field (Investments, Finance, Law, Accounting/Tax, Economics, Business Administration) and/or 5 years' related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Pay RangesThis position is considered fully commissioned with the possible exception of a base salary range of $75,000 To $100,000 for up to the first 6 months.About First Financial Northwest BankFor the last 100 years, we have built our reputation as a provider of financial solutions, a concierge of professional connections, and a partner in community service.
