Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to support
the RRL initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborates with subject matter experts to gather course material
and conducts program analysis
Converts written materials into interactive courseware and develops
new e-learning programs
Keeps updated on training research and may evaluate contractors or
vendors for training program development
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 0 - 2 years of relevant experience or
equivalent experience
Clearance Required: Secret
Experience with NETC training
Preferred: MTS qualified
Preferred: US Navy/Marine Corps veteran
